2. Power down the RZR-1400 internals when the device is closed
3. Add virtual device support for .RZCAP and optional .STLTP file support to sdk_sample_c application
4. Fix problem with RZR-1400 baseband processing of corrupted streams in single PLP situations
5. Add serial number and model number strings to virtual device properties
